Day#3

5/10/23 3 hours 11.5 total

 Today we woke up same a usual and had cereal and eggos for breakfast. We drove up the driveway and hopped on the mule. We filled up our cans with water and grabbed our tools. We got to our field and started measuring out the distances for the trees. Augie and I measured and dug holes while Mia followed and planted, Charlie supervised. We planted maybe another 40 saplings and picked up to head over to Tilton for our game. We won.

Day #7

 Today we woke up at 9 same as usual. We headed up the hill on the mule and got to clearing trail. We probably doubled the length of the trail that we had done the day before. We have gotten close to the top of the hill and will clear out a landing at the top. the chain came off of the saw a couple times but I figured out how to tighten it so that it wouldn't happen as much. We had leftovers from Taco Night the night before. then we went to practice and ate dinner at school.

Day#1

5/8/23 1:50pm 4.5 hours today  Today we woke up at 8:45, brushed our teeth and ate some captain crunch. We headed out the door and met with Trask to see what was on the agenda. We cleared out a fenced area of debris and used the chain saws to cut down dead branches hanging over the pen. We took the piles of brush and moved them down to a burn pile with the tractor. After a quick bathroom break we went to clear out an area for planting Christmas trees. We took the brush up the road and piled it onto a different burn pile.

Day#9

 Today we woke up and started work at 9. I had yogurt for breakfast because someone left the milk out of the fridge the night before. The pigs had gotten out again and had rooted out a bit of the yard. We took the tools down the trail that we had cleared the past couple days. Trask filled in the beginning of of the trail with sand because it was flooded and muddy. We cleared more of the clearing at the top of the hill. I had my last lacrosse game of the year and lost 6-9.
